When it comes to MLM companies, you really have to give your business time to mature, and your downline some time to really grasp this business.
That can be a challenge for driven people because a part of your growth is out of your hands and in the hands of others who either choose to do the business or commit to the product.
It takes time to see how things in your downline are going to pan out and how they are going to come together, making this really a long term business versus a short term gain.
The longer you stay in too, the more money you make because the strength of your downline grows overtime. But things can change quickly in your downline when one person in a good position decides to drop off or you have someone you put in a leadership position who decides to be a sitting duck. 🦆
Because of this get in the habit of making back up plans and ones after that so that your downline doesn’t get jacked up and affect your rank based on one person’s choice (or lack there of.)
You can then qualify off of who you choose to because you have 2-3 options.
Another word to the wise – don’t put someone in a leadership position and then build for them.
Let them be a leader and show you what they can do!
You’ll end off with less situations where you need to figure out backup plans (but still backup plan early.)
